With the pandemic, it made filming opportunities difficult, so most filmmakers started to make films from their home using the equipment they had and using online chat rooms such as Zoom to record actors. I wanted to show this opportunity as an advantage and show that films of any genre can be made from home. With the TV show Staged and its director Simon Evans being the inspiration for my film, I wanted to make a film that shows the comedic side of lockdown. The film is aimed for everyone who can relate with the main characters such as arguing with others in lockdown or experiencing bad wi-fi on online meetings. The film is about two best friends, Joe, and Adam as they meet up online over the course of three days to talk about how they got on during lockdown. They talk about the stuff they did. They say it went well but they are lying to each other as we see in flashbacks their plans go completely wrong. They start to get suspicious of each other before they eventually call each other out for lying. But they laugh it off as they thought it was a great joke.
