Wheel Of Words and Friendship came about because of the pandemic. I had already spend an entire semester working on another script with the hopes of the new year would bring some sort of normality, which it obviously did not, and since I would not be able to film the script that required people to actually be in the same room together, I relatively quickly put together my new project that could be done remotely. Wheel Of Words and Friendship is short comedy taking place over an online video call, revolving around Ezra trying to get his friends, Elliot and Drew, who have fallen out for unspecified reasons, to talk to each other again and rekindle their friendship. He does this by lying to them about having to host a quiz show for work and getting them to help him with it and making them say phrases like ‘I forgive you’.
